Hudson-Chatham Winery
The Hudson-Chatham Winery is Columbia County's first winery. Since opening in 2007, its wines have won many awards, including gold medals from the NY State Fair, Hudson Valley Wine & Grape Association, NY Food & Wine Classic, and the Dallas Morning News Wine Competition, among others. In the picturesque tasting room, you can also sample a wide range of locally produced gourmet products, including many Hudson Valley cheeses. The winery hosts events throughout the year, and is also available for private parties. The Hudson-Chatham Winery is a proud member of the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail.

Chatham Brewing
Brewed fresh, brewed local, Chatham Brewing's fine selection of
beers are brewed in the British tradition using the finest hops and malts available. These top-fermented ales are unfiltered, giving them a unique, lively character, and are available at many dining establishments in Columbia County. Custom and signature brews available for special events and restaurants. Growlers and kegs are available at the brewery located just off Main Street, Chatham, and you can see the process if you stop by most Saturdays.

Harvest Spirits
The first distillery in New York to be able to offer tastings and retail sale directly out of the distillery, Harvest Spirits has converted one of the massive cold storage rooms at Golden Harvest Farms into the region's newest micro-distillery. Harvest Spirits makes alcohol from nature's most perfect fruit: the apple, with apples grown on-site. Apples are grown, where they are pressed, fermented, distilled and bottled at the same location. Come see how this incredible tasting vodka is made. Also uses area pears for their Pear Brandy. Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm.

Tousey Winery
The goal was to produce wines that they would like to drink ourselves. "Wines that are enjoyed with food just as much as friends," Success marks their first year with five wines and a cassis sweetened with honey, not sugar. Their Cabernet Franc has been well received by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Tousey Winery is a proud member of the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail. Sat & Sun 12-5pm.

Hillrock Estate Distillery

Proud to be one of the few "field-to-glass" whiskey producers in the world, Hillrock is the first U.S. distillery since before Prohibition to floor malt and hand craft whiskey on site from estate-grown grain. Led by Owner Jeffrey Baker and renowned Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, Hillrock's commitment to quality embodies the rich history of craft distilling in the Hudson Valley. The estate features a Georgian house overlooking the Distillery and 100 acres of farmland growing heirloom varieties of rye and barley. The Distillery complex is comprised of the Malthouse, Granary and Visitor Center as well as the Distillery which features a custom made 250 gallon copper pot still.
